If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused or defective
merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Returned
merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as
when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Within 31-365 days from receipt, Big City Handbags will accept your return of unused or
defective merchandise in exchange for a credit in the amount of your purchase price towards a
new purchase from Big City Handbags.
